How is it already the second week in October?? This year really is flying by.

For this weeks spread I used this free kitΒ from FitLifeCreative. I downloaded the file, printed it and then cut out the pieces using my paper trimmer and a pair of scissors. To stick it down I just used a glue stick – I find that if I print straight onto sticker paper the individual pieces are then too difficult to peel away.
