YOU WILL NEED:
- Chicken pieces
- Curry Powder
- Mango Chutney
- Ground Cinnamon
- Black Pepper
- Creme Fraiche
This recipe is really simple, if you need to start by cooking your chicken – or if you’re a cheat like me you’ll have purchased ready cooked strips. (Shh no-one has to know!) Leave it to cool completely whilst you follow the next steps.
Place 6tbsp of creme fraiche into a large bowl.
Add to this 1tsp of cinnamon, two handfuls of sultanas, 2tbsp of mango chutney, and as much black pepper and curry powder as you like.
Add the completely cooled chicken, cutting it into thin strips or small chunks – whatever you prefer. Give the whole thing a good mix.
Enjoy however you would like; on rice, in a wrap, on a baked potato or just by itself! This should serve about 5-6 people.
