Tuesdays are the day I have finished all my classes by 12:30, so not only is it one of my favourite days it also means I am able to have a fresh lunch at home. Today I found some mushrooms in the fridge and decided to try something different.
YOU WILL NEED:
- Frying Pan
Start by removing the stalks from the mushrooms.
Then wash and peel them.
Now cut a small chunk of butter and place it in a frying pan, over a low heat.
Wait for it to melt slightly before adding the mushrooms and stirring, over a low heat.
Wait for the mushrooms to brown.
Once they have, turn off the heat and pour them into a dish or bowl.
Grate some cheddar cheese and pour on top. Then heat in the microwave on full for about thirty seconds.
Ta da! One delicious lunch that can be served on it’s own or with salad.
